Socotra Island Hotels is still being developed, there aren’t many accommodations available, but it’s still a popular eco-tourism destination. Currently, the Summerland Hotel in Hadibo, the largest city of the Socotra Archipelago, is the best hotel in Socotra. It is also the only other hotel that is available to tourists. Hotel Taj Socotra is located in Hadibo, the capital, with private and shared bathrooms, mini-fridges and air conditioning in some rooms, and in-room food delivery.

Hotel Summerland

Hotel Summerland own restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the Hotel has its own restaurant in Hadibo’s capital, offering all rooms with private bathrooms and showers, a mini-bar and air conditioning, very comfortable beds, and a 24-hour reception.

An eco-lodge named Adeeb

An eco-lodge named Adeeb is the best of the best, it is right on the beach, with soucotra-style beach house style rooms, shared bathrooms, showers, and homemade food, and it is located just a few minutes drive from Hadibo, the capital.

There are four islands in the Socotra archipelago in the Indian Ocean, with Socotra being the largest. A total of 42,000 people live on the 3,796 square kilometers island, which isn’t super developed, but it’s also not deserted either. People are eager to visit Socotra as soon as they learn about it. 

A large number of tourists now visit the island every week, so you may run into other groups. Socotra is a great place to visit – especially since Jurassic World Dominion filmed some footage there and added dinosaurs.
